For example: you have earned 1,060 Blue Credits. You can purchase an award ticket at a price up to 1,060 $.
If you choose a round trip Kiev-Paris-New York flight at a fare of $1,000 (tax included), you will use 1,000 Blue Credits.
The 60 unused Blue Credits remain on your account to be used for your next award.

Blue Credits may be used to purchase any type of ticket (as well as upgrades) with AIR FRANCE or KLM, no matter the fare or destination.
Conditions of use
All BlueBiz rewards must be paid entirely with Blue Credits (including taxes and fees).

- Blue Credits can be redeemed using any type of fare in the AF KL public grid available in the market of departure
- Except where explicitly stated otherwise,standard conditions of the selected fare will apply for reward tickets
- All requests for modification or refund must be submitted to the BlueBiz local team
- modification fees can be paid in Blue Credits or with another form of payment
- Re-routing is only possible before departure and submitted to the authorization of the local BlueBiz team – possible fare adjustments due to re-routing will be paid with Blue Credits
- Refund of reward tickets can only be made by re-crediting the BlueBiz account with Blue Credits

BlueBiz upgrade awards
BlueBiz upgrade rewards have to be requested via the upgrade reward form available on-line in your BlueBiz secured space.
We need 5 business days to process your request before the beginning of the travel.
BlueBiz upgrade rewards are permitted on AF and KL marketing flights*; AF and KL operating only.
The value of the BlueBiz upgrade reward will be calculated as following:
- Difference between the fare (+ taxes and surcharges) of the original paying ticket and the fare (+ taxes and surcharges) of the new upgraded ticket.
- The fare difference is converted in Blue Credits and debited from the BlueBiz account
BlueBiz upgrade reward is submitted to the following criteria:
- Booked in the directly higher transport class and in the first available booking class of the cabin as authorized in the upgrade rules (see below). Upgrades with Blue Credits can only be managed by your Local BlueBiz team.
